Following the upcoming Mental Health Awareness Walk, the Faculty of Social Sciences Students Association (FOSSSA) invites all students to the second phase of this impactful initiative, a Mental Health Symposium.

With the theme: The Effect of Academic Stress on Students Mental Health, this session is designed to provide deeper insights into how academic pressures affect mental wellbeing and to equip students with practical strategies for maintaining a healthy balance.

The symposium will feature experienced speakers who will educate, engage, and guide students on managing stress and prioritizing their mental health.

Kindly note that the session will be held virtually via Google Meet.
