A CONVERSATION THAT CAN SAVE A LIFE

Reformed FOSSSAites,

Today, the REFORMATIVE ERA joins the global community in commemorating World Suicide Prevention Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness, encouraging meaningful conversations, and reminding us of the importance of supporting one another.

As students, we may face academic pressure, personal challenges, uncertainty, disappointment, or moments that feel overwhelming. In such moments, no one should feel that they have to face it alone.

Let us build a faculty where people feel safe to speak, where concerns are taken seriously, and where reaching out for help is seen as a sign of strength, not weakness.

Listen. Check in. Speak up. Reach out.
A simple conversation can make a difference.

If you or someone around you is struggling, please reach out to a trusted person or seek professional support. You matter, and your life matters.

Reformation for All.
